Get product advice from people who do the job, not just teach it.
Every edition, mentees tell us the same thing: the examples are real, the frameworks come with the story behind them, and most of it can be used at work the same week. Small groups, in Romanian, free.
“The quality of the materials was excellent. I picked up small, seemingly minor but essential insights, for my development and for my passion for the topic. I expected this approach, and it still exceeded my expectations.”
Spring session mentee, 2025
“Real cases, real feedback, and mentors who genuinely showed up. I left every session with something I could use the same week.”
Spring session mentee, 2025
“The structure, the community the mentors built, and the quality of their presence: really there, 101%. The examples were laid out and taken apart until they clicked.”
Spring session mentee, 2025
“I learned a lot of new things. In just a few sessions, you gave me enough to read for months. Thank you for your time and energy.”
Spring session mentee, 2025
“I finally get product advice from people who are actually doing it, not just teaching it.”

Thoughts from mentees
What makes you fit to be a mentee
- You have a real problem to bring, not just curiosity
- You're okay saying what you don't know, out loud
- You can participate in 3–5 sessions over 6 weeks
- You're facing a relevant new challenge at work
- You are self driven and drive your own growth
How it works
Apply on this page before the Call for Mentees closes.
- Browse the tracks and pick one that fits your problem.
- Mentors build a small group (5–15 people), picked for fit.
- Meet 3–5 times over 6 weeks, in Romanian, fully online.
- Bring real work problems. Drive your own growth.
Share what you know.
Be ready to receive more energy than you give.
You've got a topic you're itching to dig into with others, not lecture at them.
Less about knowing everything, more about holding a room of sharp people you'll learn from too.
What is the commitment
Three to five sessions across six weeks, plus prep and a few team check-ins. You set the format and the session times with your group.
“After being a mentor in every past edition, I can say it's one of the best time investments I've made in recent years. I've met around 100 mentees at different career stages, trading challenges and insights. It's a rare way to connect and give back.”
BDBülent Duagi
Community Lead
“Being a mentor helped me overcome my burnout. It felt so rewarding and full of energy that it made me return as a mentor, mentee and organiser for the next edition.”
ARAdy Rugină
Mentor, 6th edition
“Being a mentor wasn't just about giving back. I leveled up my own skills: it made me break complex problems into digestible steps. A mental workout, every time.”
IBIvona Băbărelu
Mentor, Growth Track
“It brought me renewed hope and fresh enthusiasm: mentorship isn't just guidance or teaching, it's facilitation, creating the right space for ideas, curiosity and growth.”
TJTudor Juravlea
Community Programs Lead
“Mentoring the growth track was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had. Watching participants go from initial ideas to concrete growth models was incredible to see.”
IIIrina Ianculescu
Mentor, 7th edition
“I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and improve my soft skills, and mentoring was exactly what I was looking for. I learned a lot from the mentees and my track colleagues. Knowledge goes both ways.”

Thank you, Mentors!
Across nine editions, these 92 people gave their time, effort and experience for free, so others could grow. Thank them, learn from them and when it's your turn, do the same for someone else.

And thank you, Mentees!
Every mentee who ever joined a track shaped what came next. The problems you brought, the questions you asked and the feedback you left after each edition are why the program looks the way it does today.
Nine editions in, this is as much yours as it is the mentors'.
Everything you need to know.
Don't miss the next edition.
